We developed a refined brand narrative for Seaside Castle (畔海), Emperor Properties’ exclusive waterfront residence in Tuen Mun. Centered on the concept “In Between The Horizon Blue,” the branding captures the meeting of lush greenery and azure sea. We translated this into a cohesive visual identity and applications across brochure and website, using a nature-inspired palette and contemporary typography to evoke tropical luxury and seaside calm. The result positioned Seaside Castle as a prestigious waterfront sanctuary with a distinct, premium lifestyle appeal.
